Chief Executive Officer
Karl Zadnik is a 38 year old First Nations man who grew up in Point Douglas, and Elmwood neighborhoods in Winnipeg (two of the poorest neighborhoods in canada). He went to Asper School of Business finishing his Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double major in Finance and Marketing in 2008. Karl has worked for many private companies and government institutions, including Enbridge, RBC Royal Bank, MTS Allstream, and the Province of Manitoba to name a few. His most noteworthy volunteerism was exhibited as Being the 2 year Chairman of the Aboriginal Chamber of Commerce in 2011–2013 respectively where he added many members, and created business opportunities for them in economic development. Currently he is the Chief Executive Officer for Interlake Reserves Tribal Council where he has added numerous jobs and opportunities for the benefit of their member communities. Karl is passionate about and his family including his wife and daughter and son, and about giving back to the communities he serves.
